PHASE 1: SMART EXPERT OFFICES

  • Provide a Turnkey Solution for the industry, to cater for both the expert and referring company, ensuring the claimant gets assessed by qualified experts in a safe, dignified space by a multi-disciplinary panel of experts.
  • Serviced office spaces, tailored specifically for the mobile expert.
  • High-end office space in AAA offices in green, smart buildings to give both the expert and the claimant a professional experience.
  • Interview rooms, consultation rooms with plinths and BP machines, and fully equipped Occupational Therapy rooms. No need to bring your own equipment.
  • We also offer boardrooms that can be used for meetings or training/workshops.
  • Access to Internet, Accessible Areas, Elevators, Parking and lockers for the traveling expert, an Office Host to coordinate bookings and claimants.
  • Close to Highways and Airports for ease of access.
  • Access to Shuttle Services for the expert and claimant.
  • Currently operational in George, Western Cape and Umhlanga, KZN. Next, we plan to set up offices in Pretoria, Gauteng, and Cape Town.
  • We have partnered with Keystone Medical Radiologists, to provide radiology services at some of our offices. We share an integrated IT system to allow us to get direct access to the images and reports as soon as it has been finalised. They provide exceptionally fast delivery of imaging and reports. This allows the orthopaedic surgeon to get access, to finalise their reports.
  • Smart Expert plans to roll out to all Provinces, aiming to have at least one office in each province, and two offices in larger provinces.

PHASE 02: SMART EXPERT APP

The SMART EXPERT APP will allow for following services:
  • Yearly subscription for Qualified Experts of Multi-disciplinary fields to create a profile on this platform. This will allow the users to view qualifications, years of experience, specialised treatment/rehabilitation skills and interest of work, destinations willing to work at, etc.
  • The SMART EXPERT APP will allow the Attorney/Firm, The Expert or The Insurance company to:
    • Book a SMART EXPERT Office at one of our MEDICO-LEGAL HUBS.
    • View various Expert Profiles and build their own team. It allows to build a team and can even allow you to change experts as needed. This is literally a PLUG AND PLAY System.
    • Submit a request with specific criteria. It will throw out all options based on criteria selected, and the user can then decide which Expert/Service/Office they would like to use.
    • Make bookings via SMART EXPERT APP
    • Rate an Expert/Office Space.
  • Subscribers and regular users will have access to discounted rates for the office use.
  • Subscribers will have access to discounted rates for workshops/ training pertaining to their field of work.
  • Allows for booking via Application on Mobile phone or Web page.
  • Will allow companies/practices to advertise courses and workshops to a specific field.
